The National Authority for Campaign against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA), John Mututho, said the incident that happened in Kirinyaga County on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 was just a tip of the ice berg.
According to Mututho, half of the secondary school students in Kenya are either addicted to sex or drugs.
“Over 50 per cent of our students are addicted to various forms of addiction and we should not shy away from addressing this issue,” Mututho told Citizen TV during and interview.
Mututho said he is forming Mututho Sobriety Movement and would ask Kenyans to join him the push for a sober nation.
