President Obama's Motorcade Arrives in Nairobi (PHOTOS)


Armoured  vehicles have started arriving ahead of the Unitead States of America’s  head of state, president Barrack Obama’s visit to Kenya. The cargo plane, Kalitta Air Cargo,  jetted in at at Jomo Kenyatta international Airport,  ferrying some of the vehicles believed to be part of the President obama’s security severance vehicles. The presidential motorcade is yet to be airlifted.
The high-end heavily armored Sports Utility Vehicles, known as the ‘Roadrunner’, will reportedly be hauled using the C-17 Globemaster military aircraft together with the presidential limo, ‘The Beast’, a day before he lands.
The United States Secret Service Chevrolet Suburbans are usually fitted with improvised explosive device (IED) detectors, Anti-Tank Guided Missiles and signal jamming equipment.
