Dennis Okari and Betty Kyallo wedding
Betty Kyalo and Dennis Okari’s garden wedding will be held tomorrow at the Marula Gardens in Karen.
The bridal party will comprise 10 people, with our sources indicating that Carol Mandi will be part of the bridal team.
The initial 150-people guest list was, in the course of the week, scaled up to 300 as a result of what the groom referred to as “social respect”, to keep mutual respect among friends. Still, some of the people are not happy about being left off the guest list as they thought they were his close friends.
The guest list includes names like Jeff Koinange, Orie Rogo Manduli, Mike Sonko, Ali Hassan Joho, Larry Madowo, Caroline Mutoko, Edith Kimani and rapper Juliani. It is rumoured that former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka will also make an appearance. The seating arrangement will have a VIP and VVIP section depending on your invite.
Only specific members of the two media outlets Betty and Dennis work for, wearing custom-made press tags, will be allowed to take photos. There will also be a dedicated social media desk for sending tweets, Facebook posts as well as Instagram messages as the wedding goes on.
The theme colours for the wedding are coral, teal and black while the evening party will be a black-tie event, which will be held at the same venue. –STANDARD DIGITAL
