 Here is the road map/ timetable of the 2017 polls as announced by the commission on 14th January 2016.
According to the IEBC Elections calendar for 2017 polls, the election results shall be announced between August 8 and 14th August 2017.

9 Feb 2017 Resignation of civil servants aspiring to vie in elections
25 March 2017 Notice of General Election to be issued by IEBC
8 March 2017 Submission of political party nomination rules
10 May 2017 Resignation from parties of independent aspirants
16 May 2017 Submission of independent candidates symbols
30 May 2017 Submission of party symbols
31 May 2017 Receipt of Party Nomination lists
19 June 2017 – 26 Jun 2017: Certification of the Voter Register
24 June 2017 Submission of political party membership registers
28 June 2017 Publication of nominated candidates
