PRODUCTION STORES CLERK (13) -HR/PSC/02/386/2018
Reports to: -Factory Manager (functionally)
– Production Supervisor (administratively)
Job PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tallying stock balances in the factory store and ensuring minimum/optimum stock levels
- Receiving products from the production section
- Completing issue forms and forwarding the same to the relevant office
- Maintaining stock records and reconciling the stocks daily
- Compiling monthly stock returns
- Maintaining stock records and reconciling the stocks daily
- Mandatory SAP knowledge /Working experience
Academic Qualifications.
- Diploma level training in a specialization such as book keeping/stock keeping or any other relevant area
Experience
- 2 to 3 years’ experience
Essential Skills
- Computer literacy
- Team playing skills
- Ability to follow through on defined tasks
