ADMISSION LETTERS
Students should use KCSE index number, in the case of KUCCPS admitted ones or admission numbers, in the case of Module II students, as password to enable them print copies of admission letter and joining instruction from university website.
To access your personalised admission letter together with joining instructions please follow the procedure below:
- Go to university URL http://www.tukenya.ac.ke;
- Within the menu {admission’ which is at the top right of the website, click to find ‘admission list’;
- Under {Admission Lists 2015, select for either KUCCPS or Module II as the case applies to you, select (Print Admission Letter’;
- For KUCCPS students, login using your full KCSE index number in the dialogue box. For module II students use admission number indicated against your name in the ‘admission list’;
- Click (submit’ to access your details and more options;
- From the main menu on the right, first print letter which should have all your details, then close the letter and print joining instruction. Please note that there are a total of 24 pages to be printed.
- Ensure you Sign Out after printing.
Follow instructions on both the letter and joining instruction. In particular, observe the following:
HIGHER EDUCATION LOANS BOARD (HELB)
The Higher Educational Loans Board (HELB), will open its website www.helb.co.ke to receive applications for students loan from 3rd August to 30th September 2015 to enable needy students apply online for funding. All needy students are advised to use details in their admission letters to apply for HELB funding. Whereas HELB requires an applicant’s national ID number, students who are underage should also apply except that decision on their application shall await submission of copy of nationallD once obtained.
INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER
Students who may be interested in seeking admission to an alternative university are advised to process their inter-university transfer application online using KUCCPS website. The window for inter-university transfer closes on 30th September 2015.
