Devolution Cabinet Secretary Anne Waiguru resigns
The Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Anne Waiguru , has resigned.
Ms Waiguru said she had taken the decision on her doctor’s advice that she takes time off.
She cited poor health due to constant attacks on her and family.
Making the announcement on Saturday in Nairobi, she said she had asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to relieve her of her duties.
