End of an Era as Salim Junior is Finally Laid to Rest
Salim Junior (real name Paul Mwangi) who was the king of Mugithi, Popularly know as one-guitar-man was laid to rest today, Tuesday 2nd February at his father’s farm in Arash, Subukia sub-county, Nakuru County.
A sombre mood engulfed the homestead as mourners turned up in large numbers to pay their last respect to King of mugithi, Slim Junior.
Salim Junior, who was 43, passed away on Friday 22nd January while undergoing treatment at the War Memorial Hospital in Nakuru.
Sources close to his family reveal that he had been battling a chronic chest infection since November last year.
Salim Junior is survived by his wife and three children.
