• On the left side bar, click on the applications
• From the drop down menu, click apply
• You will be directed to option 1 course selection
• Select the Option 1 course level (Diploma or Certificate)
• Click Search
• A form will appear within the page
• Select your desire course
• Fill in the form details as guided by the from labels
• -Make sure that all fields are filled
• Click on submit application
• You will be redirected to Option 2 Form
• Select the course level (Diploma or Certificate)
• Click Search
• A form will appear within the page
• Select your desired option 2 course
• Fill in the form details as guided by the from labels
• Make sure that all fields are filled
• Click on submit application
• You will be redirected to Upload KCSE certificate page.
• Select the KCSE certificate / result slip soft-copy file
• Click upload
• You will be redirected to Upload leaving certificate page.
• Select the leaving certificate soft-copy file
• Click upload
• You will thern be redirected to Upload National ID/ Birth Certificate/ Passport page.
• Select the leaving National ID/ Birth Certificate/ Passport soft-copy file on the front  side
• Select the leaving National ID/ Birth Certificate/ Passport soft-copy file on the back side
• Click upload
• You will be redirected to confirm courses page
• Make sure the courses listed reflects your selected courses
• If you wish to change the course click on reject button
• You will be redirected to application page again
• Once satisfied click confirm and you will be redirected to make a payment of Ksh. 2,022 to MPESA paybill number 964150 (Confirm that the payment is paid to Kenya Medical Training College)
• Click on confirm button
• If you get a message with a message (“Please pay Ksh. 2022 to paybill number 964150 To
• Confirm the Courses”), Please wait for up to ten minutes and refresh the page.
• A confirmation SMS will be sent to your phone number.(Added as phone number 1 during entering of personal information)

• Click on My Applications from left menu to see your applied courses
• You have now successfully applied for a course at KMTC, you will now be required to wait for shortlisting to be done.

Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) Fee Structure

There are three fee categories namely:
Regular
Parallel/In-service Foreign (as detailed in the Current fees structure)
Fees structure is subject to changes from time to time
Students are advised to pay fees on annual basis to avoid interruption of training Upon dismissal, fees are not refundable.
NB: Students are advised to make financial arrangements to cover expenses related to Practicalattachment; Research etc. details are available from  respective faculties upon reporting
Stationary
All stationary is the responsibility of the student.
Students are encouraged to buy their own textbooks, and specific course book lists are usually provided as an admission package to assist in purchasing books.
